Who are you?
Nice to meet you; I’m Sergio “El Serch” Inurreta, a curious Service designer and Business analyst. With more than seven years of experience in various industries, mainly: Banking, Cement, Retail, and Telco. The promoter of the Enterprise Design Thinking practice at IBM® Mexico, leveraging the methodology through teaching and executing workshops, both internal and external.
